Wall Heater Won T Turn On

The electric wall heater does not turn off. the work? 3

The radiator looks like 80's, it has a dial. The display on the left indicates low and the display on the right indicates high.

Can I hang? I can't see the plugin in the wall outlet.

Any of your suggestions are appreciated. Thank you very much!

I think you have a heater.

Heaters do not have plugs when they are the main source of heating, they are connected by cable.

If there is a wall switch, turn it off there, otherwise you will have to turn it off on the circuit breaker.

Close the circuit, then disconnect the wire. According to your description, it is time to replace the device and this work should be done by an authorized electrician. Just a few calls from your department, unless you say something wrong.

The controls look old. . . . The wire harness (not plugged into the outlet) provides access to the control panel / safety box and can turn off the circuit breaker or remove the heater. We use electric baseboard heaters. Each room (9) has a thermostat on the wall and there are 6 circuit breakers in the box to close them all.
