My Cash App Card Won T Activate

So I took back my cash app card and updated it. He asked me to take a QR photo and at that time I did not know what it was so I just clicked on another option which was to write CVV and expiration date as I was ready to use my card. Was It then loads and says "Your card could not be activated. Give it a try, then click Next and activate it. It does not even allow me to take a QR photo or I have a CVV and expiration date." Cannot enter date of. It just fills up and keeps saying "Unable to activate your card". Give it a try. What do I have to do? I called the previous number who said I did not say anything. I contacted your service via email and I did not receive any reply. OK, I got the first reply. I think you do not understand me. Did you add your username? I had the same problem and adding my ID, photo of my face and pin solved the problem.
