What does it mean to have a triangular light with a fugitive in the middle on the accordion in late 2006? 3
I called 2 nes dealers and one said it was tire pressure and the other said it was tire traction and you slipped or not. I don't think so either. I think it has to do with extremes. Please help yourself!
The lights are for VSA or Vehicle Stallion System. Indicates that the VSA system has been activated to maintain vehicle stability. As soon as the warning light comes on, it only goes out when the ignition is turned off. It has nothing to do with tire pressure when your tire is low.
On the left side of the information window is the VSA software. If the light is still on, make sure the button is pressed to turn off the VSA. Most of the time, this happens accidentally when cleaning the intention plate.
VSA is turned on when you are driving on dirt roads such as Con Lace, or when driving on slippery or icy roads where the wheels are turning and traction control is enabled. VSA works with anti-lock brakes and low horsepower to restore traction. In most cases, the triangle will only light up to warn you of potentially dangerous driving situations. It does not indicate a problem with the system, it only tells you if the system is on or has been manually disabled by pressing a button.
