If you do three Ms in a row, you will feel good in a few minutes. It will take longer because you are going to combine it. Try to double or triple the concentration of your mixed beverage or drink it fast in seconds.
It depends on your weight and what you want to keep warm. 5 If you are heavy, do the trick; 3 for light weight.
